As a Registered IP Attorney under the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM), and an Official SIPP Facilitator empanelled with the Government of India, Mr. Sethi brings a rare combination of deep intellectual property knowledge and broad litigation expertise.
